Buying ANY of our PC Programmable remotes or any of our Total Control® whole-house products or HomeSet products online means buying products that a) do not have a URC’s limited warranty, b) are not eligible for URC Tech Support or Software Support, and c) may well be used, altered, no longer circulated or current, or abused.
URC only sells these mentioned products through a network of authorized, specialty dealers and distributors that we have trained in specifying, installing, programming and supporting URC components to ensure our customers’ deep satisfaction.

If you choose to purchase our product from an unauthorized party such as someone on eBay, URC will not provide support or warranty on that product. Additionally, URC does not provide software to end consumers in an effort to protect the consumer and ensure a functional system. Our software is only given to our authorized, certified and trained customer installation professionals.
